John K's folk-rock follow-up to his classic 'Plain Capers'.
After the great success of his debut Free Reed LP PLAIN CAPERS, (Free Reed CD FRRR 01) John spent time in Steeleye Span, Umps & Dumps, and further explored the Morris traditions of Britain. This late '70s LP, sprinkled with folk rock and even punk-folk classics, and with John K's new songs in a unique style, certainly turned the heads of folk fans, and introduced to the wider world the mysterious punk trio The Pork Dukes. This ground-breaking release from the 1970s has enhanced original notes, and with extra tracks from John's 1980 Dingles single.
